Graduate Scheme
Engineering Graduates embarking on our Graduate Scheme are an integral part of the dynamics of the company. The scheme aims to give graduates the support they need to develop their technical knowledge whilse also giving them an all-rounded experience of the business. A strong appreciation of commercial and contractual issues is also important within this role.
Our four-year scheme consists of two years of initial professional development whilst rotating through different areas of the business, followed by two years of increasing responsibility where our graduates will move into a full-time assisnment within the Engineering Department. At the end of the programme, our graduates should be able to apply for Chartered Engineer status, providing all required competencies of the UK-SPEC have been met.
To apply for the Graduate Scheme you should have, or should be expecting to achieve, a relevant Mechanical or Electrical engineering degree. In addition to this, we would look for candidates who can demonstrate a range of personal qualities:
